Consider the Quote: Is your glass half full or half empty? In order to be satisfied with your job do you need to think of others whose jobs you do not want to have? Is it possible that others are thankful they don’t have YOUR job?
Kind Action: Take time over the next couple of days to appreciate the position you have in your organization. Consider those above and below you on the company’s organization chart. Having done that, do something kind for someone above you who does something you would find difficult to do.
Journal: Write about a recent time at work in which you felt a sense of fulfillment for what you were doing. Be as specific as you can about the situation, including the important details that contributed to your feeling.
