KIND ACTION: Focus on the chapter “Wrestling With the Angel.” After reading it, reflect on a past event that caused you suffering. If you’re comfortable, delve into the details and even discuss it with a trusted friend. Then, take note of the positive changes that event has brought into your life. Conclude by expressing gratitude for the event’s contributions to your life. Avoid revisiting especially painful experiences.
