Forgive

“Life offers its wisdom generously. Everything teaches. Not everyone learns.”
Reading: Read Section II, “Becoming a Blessing,” in its entirety. Pause to reflect on passages that resonate with you. Then, choose the most meaningful chapter and reread it.
Kind Action: Practice forgiving people for any perceived indiscretions this week, just as you would a one-year-old. Reflect on the challenge of forgiveness and take notes. In a quiet moment, perhaps at bedtime, reflect on any major grudges in your life. Consider what you gain and lose by holding onto them and contemplate the possibility of letting go.
Blessings Journal: Write down anything that annoys you, no matter how small. While it might seem counterintuitive, the true blessing lies in acknowledging these annoyances, learning from them, and striving to let go.
