Kind Action: Be open to guidance and let kindness opportunities come your way, then follow through with them fully and mindfully. Complete these actions with integrity and honor their purpose. Additionally, act on any small, spontaneous opportunities for kindness that arise during the week.
Blessings Journal: Record anything that strikes you as meaningful or profound, whether it’s a statement, a newspaper article, a scent, or a natural element. Reflect on each item and consider the message it conveys. The profound experiences could be guiding you in a particular direction.
