Mindful Gratitude

Simple gifts each day.
Warmth, love, and care, food, and breath.
Say thank you, give thanks.

  • AWARENESS – Take time to notice the simple things in life that often get taken for granted: a warm bed, a hot shower, the smell of coffee in the morning, the taste of your favorite food, a beautiful sunset.
  • CONSIDERATION – Of all the things you’re grateful for, choose one that stands out and reflect on why it’s so meaningful to you. Consider how you can express your gratitude for this thing.
  • ACTION – Complete a simple act of gratitude, such as writing a thank-you note to someone who has made a difference in your life or by expressing your appreciation to a loved one.
