- CONSIDERATION – Consider ways to treat everyone you encounter as a friend, even if it’s just for a quick moment. Think about how you can make everyone’s day a little brighter.
- ACTION – This week, engage in simple acts of friendliness with everyone you meet, such as smiling, holding doors open, or letting someone go ahead of you in line. Choose at least one person and complete a more involved act of thoughtfulness.
