  • AWARENESS – Pay attention to the “chain reactions” of kindness that occur around you. Notice how one act of thoughtfulness can inspire others to do the same.
  • CONSIDERATION – Reflect on how your own acts of kindness have created positive ripples in your life and the lives of others. How can you continue to contribute to this ongoing chain of compassion?
  • ACTION – Commit to making at least one conscious choice each day this week to respond peacefully rather than reacting with anger or frustration. Share your experiences with others to inspire them to do the same.
