2 – Do Something Kind For a Good Friend

As part of this theme I asked you to choose a good friend and spend a few minutes just thinking about her or him. My hope is that an idea for a kindness act you could perform for this friend would emerge from your reflection. To inspire you as you take the step to complete your kind action, I invite you to take 2 1/2 minutes to see this video:

To quote the reporter, “They harbor no fears, no secrets, no prejudices.” Pretty spectacular, isn’t it? I hope it helps you with your kind act, seeing the bond between these two animals.

And for one little additional dose of inspiration I offer you this quote from Tennessee Williams, “Life is partly what we make it, and partly what it is made by the friends we choose.”
