If I’m cold, I can be hot.
If I’m hungry, I can be full.
Yet one is never 100% kind nor 100% mean.
Simultaneously neither and both,
polarities are interdependent.
Before you inhale, you exhale.
Before you exhale, you inhale.
Simply put, you are just breathing.
