Explorations in True Self
“Whatever we do to care for true self is, in the long run, a gift to the world.”
Reading: Read Chapter Three. As you read this week, imagine that you have invited your true self over for a conversation. Do you feel separated or united? Do what your heart tells you to do in order to feel united.
Kind Action: Care for your true self. On the surface this may sound just like the Kind Action for Week #1 and for some of you it may be. But take to heart what Palmer is telling us in chapter 3 and conceive of at least one action you can take in support of it.
Wholeness Journal: Create a list of activities that you do or want to do that help you care for you true self. Consider why those on your “want to do” list are not on your “you do” list. What can you do to change this?
