Living the Questions
“Everyone has an inner teacher whose authority in his or her life far exceeds my own.”
Reading: Read Chapter Eight. Read slowly and mindfully, pausing to consider something in more depth if you find yourself so drawn. Reading this book is about the process, not when you’ve finished being able to say, “I read that book.”
Kind Action: Think of someone in your life who might benefit from being held by you like “a small bird in the palms of (your) two hands.” (page 146) If you think you are able to provide them something that has a good chance of speaking to their soul, do so. If not, then simply hold this person in your thoughts as warmly as you can.
Wholeness Journal: This chapter focuses on how to ask honest, open questions. As a way to understand this further, consider writing in your journal about times in your life when you’ve done that for others or had it done for you.
