Kind Action: Consider the “silences” of which you may be aware that people or groups use or have used to enhance their purposes. As examples, consider these two: Day of Silence & Women in Black. What is a kind action you can complete that both honors and supports a silence? Complete it.
Wholeness Journal: Spend time in quiet contemplation writing about the importance of either laughter or silence (or both).
