In this class, the idea is to plant seeds of kindness.
Over the next 10 days I invite you to complete at least one mindful act of kindness each day. By mindful, I mean you are well aware of doing it in response to being involved in this class. You may think about it and plan it, or it may come upon you spontaneously. Just be mindfully aware of it as you complete it, the mindful part being the fertilizer of your seed.
Each day I’ll be posting a new image of encouragement. Consider those to be the water and the sun, perhaps. If you are so inclined, share any part of your experience with the rest of us in the comments section.
