In considering who to choose for your partner, try to find someone who you feel brings out the best in you. Likewise, who do you help in this way?
Feel free to tell your partner anything you want about your mission, but try doing so in a way that honors the principle behind the anonymity rule, which is to practice kindness from a loving place and not for show or reward. See your discussions with your partner as an opportunity to consider your motivations in this area.
Are you familiar with the concept 1 + 1 = 3? That’s the idea here. There is you. There is your partner. AND there is your partnership. Let your kindness action emerge from your partnership.
