Good Morning Agents!
Who are you constantly?
In other words, how do you act and behave when there is no one watching, when with absolute certainty you know that what you are doing is not being seen by anyone? Today’s mission is designed to keep your inner power plant churning out positive energy, even in situations when you may be tempted to do something negative.
When might these situations be? For many of us, it’s when driving. We are alone in our cars and another driver cuts us off or does something we see as thoughtless. We might swear at them, knowing we won’t be heard. Instead, today’s mission, if you choose to accept it, is to have you transform a specific moment of anger, frustration, or dissatisfaction into a peaceful response.
Of course, it may be possible that such a moment does not occur for you today. If so, bravo! But see if you can apply today’s mission in some other way. Remember, the overall intention here is to be fueling your inner core with compassionate energy instead of contributing to the world’s supply of negative energy. Fueled by compassion, we fulfill our our purpose as ambassadors promoting care, concern, warmth, and love.
As you know, should your actions or those of any of the International Kindness Team be exposed, it will increase the positive ripple effect of creating more compassion in the world. Again, we at IKT HQ request that you report your activities on the Compassion Map.
Good luck, agents/ambassadors!
(When explaining today’s mission to children, focus on the concept of trustworthiness. Help them understand that when someone is trustworthy, you can rely on them to do the honest thing, even when you don’t see them. Today’s mission is designed to help them practice being the kind of person others can trust at all times. One way to help them practice being that kind of person is to not talk poorly about other people behind their backs. Perhaps you can help them brainstorm other ways, too.)
