Next, choose one of these people to think about in an even deeper way. If you have a photo of this person, take time to look at it. Consider this person’s importance to you.
Having chosen this person, acknowledge their importance to you by doing something kind for them, something that resonates deeply for you and recognizes this person’s uniqueness.
With this in mind, pay attention to the people you encounter this week, those you know and those who are strangers to you. Could it be that you will have a deep connection to one of these people someday?
